CONCEPT : Hampton is a real homage to the great American architect Mies Van der Rohe (who designed the Seagram Building in New York’s Park Avenue). Combining glass with solid wood brings both transparency and modernity. With regard to colour, we have blue, “which gives energy,” according to Eric Jourdan. - shelving unit & secretaire : upper section in cherry ; lower section in laminated aquamarine glass for the shelves and rear, and toughened grey smoked glass for the sides and bottom. The secretaire has a flap door on struts at level 3 with a cable port behind it. - low table: lower section in cherry ; upper section in laminated aquamarine glass for the shelves and rear, and toughened grey smoked glass for the sides and bottom. - sofa end table: lower section in cherry ; upper section in laminated aquamarine glass for the shelves and rear, and toughened grey smoked glass for the sides and bottom.
